The introductory Forest Foods course will span over two days, aimed at presenting the concepts and applications of syntropic agriculture through both theoretical and practical lessons in two distinct agroforestry zones. The first session will take place at the ForestFoods Brackenhurst farm in Limuru, followed by the second session at the ForestFoods Tatu City Farm in Ruiru. This unique approach allows participants to gain insights into syntropic farming firsthand, exploring its principles in diverse agroforestry environments.

Students are required to bring rain boots and raincoats for practical classes in case of rain, sunscreen, a hat, gloves, and of course, wear comfortable clothing that can protect against insect bites. If possible, students should also bring their own pruning shears and machetes; however, if they do not have them, we will provide them for the course.

This course on the Foundations of Syntropic Agriculture spans two days and aims to delve deeper into the essential principles of this innovative agricultural practice. It's important to note that participants are recommended to have completed the introductory course for a better grasp of the Level 1 content. The classes will encompass both theory and practice, taking place at the ForestFoods Tatu City Farm in Ruiru.

We strongly advise enrolling and taking part in the Introduction to Syntropic Agroforestry course before registering for the Level One: Syntropic Agroforestry course. You can also choose to sign up for both courses now and get a 20% discount! It is not advisable to enroll in the Level One course without completing the Introduction course, unless you can demonstrate previous experience with Syntropic Agroforestry.
