For the Cabbage Steaks
1 large red cabbage
Olive oil
Salt & black pepper
A sprig of thyme

1ā2 carrots, shaved into ribbons
Drizzle of olive oil + salt
4) Crispy Herb Crumbs
Handful of crushed nuts, chick peas or 2tablespoon Bread Crumbs
Chopped parsley + oregano
Drizzle of olive oil
How to Make Them
1. Prep the Cabbage
Slice cabbage into thick steaks (around 3ā4 pieces).Ā
Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.Ā

2. Roast
Bake at 210°C for 25ā30 minutes, flipping halfway.Ā
