ForestFoods Training and Consultancy Expands Agroforestry Impact to West Africa!

In 2022 and 2023, the ForestFoods team had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with EcoPlanet Bamboo's Smallholder Farmer Support Initiative in Ghana. Our Agroforestry experts visited their sites twice, and we also had the pleasure of hosting their dedicated farmers at our farms in Kenya for intensive training in Syntropic Agroforestry.

This consultancy project was a fantastic chance to share our knowledge and expertise, empowering smallholder farmers with transformative agricultural skills. The results have been truly inspiring! In just two years, they have set up a demo site and six additional smallholder sites. The progress is remarkable, as shown in these photos, and the newer sites they have started are just as promising.

The impact of these trainings is evident in the expanding acres of land now managed under Syntropic Agroforestry, thanks to the dedication and hard work of these amazing farmers.
