Sun Kissed, made from just two ingredients—solar-dehydrated hot chili bell pepper and lemon—delivers bold, citrusy heat and brightens any dish. You can sprinkle it raw over finished meals or stir it in during cooking to infuse warmth and zest throughout. However you use it, it adds purpose-driven flavour that nourishes from the inside out.



Ingredients:


  • 4 ForestFoods Regenerative Eggs

  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh ForestFoods Spinach - Fordhook Giant, roughly chopped

  • 1/4 cup ForestFoods Onion - Red Buld, finely chopped (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon ForestFoods Sun Kissed seasoning

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)





Instructions:


  1. Prepare the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well blended.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables: In a nonstick skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium heat. Add onions (if using) and cook until softened. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender, then add spinach and cook just until wilted.

  3. Cook the Eggs: Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the vegetables. Stir gently, cooking until the eggs are just set.

  4. Season and Serve: Sprinkle with Sun Kissed seasoning and gently fold to distribute its flavour. If adding cheese, sprinkle it in now and allow it to melt slightly. Serve hot.
