How to make ForestFoods Wild Rocket Pesto

ForestFoods wild rocket has a delicious fresh pepper kick to it! This is a great alternative recipe to the normal basil based pesto. Naturally grown wild rocket, full of nutrients makes for a tasty new addition to any pasta, pizzas and salad dishes!


100g Wild Rocket

50g pine nuts (or any nut of your choice)

50g parmesan cheese

150ml olive oil

1 garlic clove


Combine all the ingredients into a blender and add any additional seasoning for extra taste

Blend until you get the consistency of a paste you desire

In a jar this paste will stay good in the refrigerator for 5-7 days

Freeze for later day!
